HOW DOES CRYSTAL HEALING WORK?

Crystal healing is based on energy. This means it is based on the belief that we're all made up of different energies. With the help of crystals it can unblock, balance, and redirect energy where it most needed, supporting your bodies to heal in a therapeutic way. Different types of crystals have different properties and energies, For example, holding or being near a crystals can affect our own energies physically, spiritually, and emotionally.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CRYSTAL HEALING?

Crystal healing balances energies that relaxes and ease stress, allowing your body to naturally understand itself by grounding, balancing, restoring purifying and cleansing the mind, body and soul.

CLEANSING AND CHARGING CRYSTALS:

Crystals naturally absorb the energy around them. So it's good to regularly cleanse them. ways to cleanse and charge your crystals is sound vibrations, smoke from natural herbs, incense, other crystal stones, moonlight or setting an intention.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please contact us to report any damaged or defective items and we can assist you with a refund or replacement.

SHIPPING:

  • Orders will be processed within  within 2-7 business days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, Holiday). You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail once your order has shipped with tracking info. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking info to appear. As a small business, we appreciate your patience! 

  • All domestic (US) orders are shipped via USPS First Class and may take 5-7 business days to arrive depending on location. 

  • Priority mail upgrades are available for domestic orders and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. 

  • We are a eco-friendly business. All of our packaging & mailers are 100% biodegradable.  

PACKAGE SHOWING DELIVERED BUT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED:

If your item was marked delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it; you must contact the shipping carrier for them to locate your package. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to anymore information than tracking. We do not offer refunds for missing packages. We recommend you file a claim with the carrier regarding any missing packages.
